CONGRATULATIONS
TO OUR CLIENTS!
The following
highlights are representative of some of our clients recent
accomplishments.
Blessed John
XXIII University Center, Fort Collins, CO
Rev. Don Willette, Pastor: Serving Colorado State University,
this parish plans to build a new facility that would house classrooms
and meeting spaces, as well as renovate the sanctuary, parish offices
and rectory. The parish has raised more than $1.15 million in committments
toward its goal of $`1.3 million.
Brooklyn
Friends School, Brooklyn, NY, an independent Quaker institution,
is completing a mid-campaign evaluation to determine interest in
further renovations and a possible vertical expansion of the existing
facility. The school is preparing to launch the final phase of its
capital campaign under the leadership of Michael Nill, Head of School.
Cathedral
Preparatory Seminary, Elmhurst Queens, NY will be celebrating
its 90th Anniversary in 2004 and is conducting a planning study
for a capital campaign that will increase endowment, scholarship
funds and allow for capital improvements. The planning study is
under the leadership of Father Joseph Calise 72, Rector/Principal,
Louis DAmico 82, Business Manager, Jim Dilg, Alumni
Director, and Sister Mary Ann Tirelli, Director of Development.
The Diocese
of Camden, NJ received the ICSCs first place award for
Excellence in Materials in the category of Total Diocesan Stewardship
Effort. The award was presented at the October 2003 ICSC Conference
in Chicago. Congratulations to His Excellency, Most Reverend Nicholas
DiMarzio, former Bishop of Camden, on his appointment in becoming
Bishop of Brooklyn, NY.
Glastonbury
Abbey, Hingham, MA, is about to embark on a $1.5 million capital
campaign to cover the building costs of the new conference center
that was completed in 2001. Robert and Denise DiCenso have graciously
agreed to serve as campaign co-chairs and will be working closely
with Fr. Nick Morcone, Abbott, Mr. Chris Nagle, Business Manager
and Ms. Carol Stanton, Development Director.
Grace Church
New York, NY This national and state historical landmark
has just received a $25,000 challenge grant from the NY Landmarks
Conservancys Robert W. Wilson Sacred Sites Challenge Program.
Grace Church recently concluded a successful campaign from parishioner
and school families that raised $560,000 toward the overall needs
of $2.5 million to restore and renovate masonry, the distinctive
spire and bell tower as well as make roof repairs to protect the
internal historic fabric of the church. Grace Church was built in
1848.
Greater Lawrence
Family Health Center (GLFHC): RA has completed a planning study
for the relocation and expansion of its South Clinic and to establish
an endowment fund to meet GLFHCs long-term needs. The GLFHC
an innovative multi-site health organization with more than 400
employees who serve 35,000 enrolled patients -- nearly half the
total population of the City of Lawrence, MA. Bob Ingala serves
as CEO.
Mount Saint
John Inc., Deep River, CT - Cathi Coridan, Executive Director.
The school has hired Ruotolo Associates to conduct a planning/image
study to assist them in determining their potential for increasing
their fundraising initiatives through a newly established foundation.
Nazareth
Regional High School, Brooklyn, NY This co-ed Catholic
high school is embarking on a $1 million major gift campaign to
raise funds for capital needs. They have raised $320,000 in pledges
to date. The school is celebrating over 40 years of providing quality
Catholic education to the Brooklyn/Queens community and is a Xaverian
Brothers Sponsored School.
New Jersey
Center for Visual Arts (NJCVA), Summit, NJ:
A local philanthropist and family members have issued two $250,000
challenge grants to encourage fundraising support during the quiet
phase of a $5 million capital campaign to raise funds for building
expansion and renovations, endowment to develop and support educational
programs and professional development. Eric Pryor serves as President
and Betsy Smith is the Director of Development.
South Church
in Andover, MA (United Church of Christ--Congregational) has
raised an additional $500,000 in the past 4 weeks to reach their
minimum goal of $1.5 million and are well on their way to their
aggressive goal of $2 million to build an addition to the parish
center and upgrade existing church facilities. The three CO-chairs
are Dave Floreen, Jay Trageser and Linda Mesler, along with Major
Gifts Chair, Hooks Johnston and Rev. Cal Mutti, Senior Pastor.
Springfield
Catholic Schools, Springfield, MO is conducting a $1.6 million
endowment campaign. They have raised more than $500,000 in leadership
gifts and are beginning their advanced gift phase. Louis Griesemer,
Bruce Swisshelm and Randy Saul are co-chairing this effort.
St. Joseph
High School in Hammonton, NJ
celebrated the opening of its newly renovated building in September.
Formerly a public middle school, the building was purchased and
renovated through a capital campaign that has now raised 1.2 million
toward its $3.26 million goal. Paul Ordille and James Rodio are
co-chairing the campaign.
St. Pauls
Memorial Church, Staten Island, NY
is an Episcopal Church located in the Greenville Section of Staten
Island and is beginning a feasibility study for a capital campaign
that will be directed to renovations, repairs and historic preservation
for the church and rectory. Father William A.F. Blasingame is the
Rector.
St. Peter
the Fisherman Parish, Mountain Home, AR, has now raised $1.66
million toward its $2 million capital campaign to build a new parish
hall/educational building. The parish has received generous donations
from the Knights of Columbus in Mountain Home. Rev. Jim Fanrak,
is pastor.
